("la Cesión") y en especial los siguientes: (i)El derecho de reproducción directa o indirecta provisional o permanente por cualquier medio y en cualquier forma de la totalidad o parte incluida la reproducción gráfica sonora audiovisual y electrónica o digital.(ii) El derecho de distribución por cualquier medio.(iii) El derecho de comunicación pública por cualquier medio o procedimiento ya sea analógico o digital incluidos los procedimientos alámbricos o inalámbricos la emisión transmisión retransmisión y la puesta a disposición al público de las obras y demás prestaciones de tal forma que cualquier persona pueda acceder a ellas desde el lugar y en el momento en que ella elija.(iv) El derecho de transformación incluida la traducción la adaptación y la realización de nuevas versiones.- Granada Digital S l ostentará los derechos de propiedad intelectual objeto de la Cesión tanto para el ejercicio de su actividad habitual como para cualquier otra actividad que con carácter principal o instrumental decida emprender en cualquier momento ya sea directamente o a través de terceros.- La Cesión se realiza para todo el mundo y por todo el plazo de protección conferido por la legislación de propiedad intelectual a los mencionados derechos.- Granada Digital S l podrá ceder transferir por cualquier medio y licenciar a terceros los derechos que son objeto de la Cesión.4.- A pesar de que Granada Digital podrá revisar y verificar los Contenidos remitidos así como los vertidos a través de los Foros alojados en el blog. Granada Digital S l no asume ninguna responsabilidad por estos Contenidos en el caso de que fueran constitutivos de un ilícito civil o penal; a título de ejemplo. Granada Digital S l no será responsable por las posibles ofensas injurias calumnias o violaciones de los derechos al honor intimidad o a la propia imagen infracciones de derechos de propiedad intelectual o industrial o cualquier derecho de terceros que los Usuarios puedan cometer o difundir. Queda prohibido la utilización de los Servicios de Blogs para difundir o transmitir Contenidos contrarios a la Ley a la moral o las buenas costumbres; Granada Digital S l expresamente se reserva el derecho de colaborar con las autoridades que en su caso requieran a ésta para revelar la identidad de los Usuarios o cualesquiera otros datos que posea. Granada Digital S l se reserva el derecho de resumir extractar o retirar los textos suministrados a través de los Servicios o vertidos en los Foros así como expulsar a un Usuario cuando lo estime oportuno y en todo caso cuando las afirmaciones u opiniones vertidas sean contrarias a la Ley a la moral o a las buenas costumbres.5.- El Usuario acepta y se compromete a mantener indemne a Granada Digital S l o a las compañías de su grupo frente a cualesquiera daños responsabilidades costes y gastos (incluidos honorarios de abogados) sufridos por éstas como consecuencia del incumplimiento por el Usuario de estas Condiciones Generales y en especial por las reclamaciones de terceros que aleguen la violación de un derecho de propiedad intelectual o industrial o de sus derechos al honor a la intimidad o a la propia imagen como consecuencia de los Contenidos suministrados por cualquier medio por el Usuario a Granada Digital S l.6.- Estas Condiciones Generales se rigen por la ley española. Granada Digital S l y el Usuario con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro fuero se someten al de los Juzgados y Tribunales de Granada capital para cualquier controversia que pudieran derivarse de la prestación de los Servicios objeto de estas Condiciones Generales. Clausula de protección de datos. Los datos personales que el usuario facilite serán incorporados a un fichero de datos del que será responsable Granada Digital S l entidad con domicilio en Granada. Estos datos se tratarán confidencialmente y de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre de modo que los usuarios podrán acceder rectificar y cancelar sus datos así como ejercitar su derecho de oposición dirigiéndose a la dirección anteriormente indicada.
